The best decision I made in handling my brother-in-law's estate after his passing was the selection of Dave Wilkinson and his team to handle the sale of the house. He and his assistant, Madi, were there guiding me through every step of the process. The house was in need of repairs and upgrading prior to sale and Dave's suggestions and recommended vendors were extremely helpful. The staging company he uses is top notch and made the home look inviting and elegant. The photographer was also outstanding. This resulted in receiving multiple offers in the first few days, all over our asking price. When the first potential buyer backed out of escrow, Dave's experience and expertise became even more invaluable. He jumped into action contacting the agents of previously interested buyers and was able to negotiate a price with a well qualified buyer that was even higher than the original sales price.
