I cannot say enough good things about Dave and his associates at Keller Williams Laguna. I was in an interesting situation trying to navigate the sale of my father's home in the Monarch Summit II community. My father had moved to an assisted living residence and we were not close by to take care of the essentials needed to get a home ready to show. Dave and his team took care of everything and treated it like their own. They did an impeccable job and did not miss one detail! It was so refreshing knowing that the house was in good care without us being there. Not only that, but Dave worked diligently with many buyers' agents to ensure we received well over asking price for the home, and we could not be more thrilled with the outcome.
